Guests explore twelve clean fragrances sourced in Durham, NC, choose two, and watch their oil come together on the spot — blended into a nourishing base, finished with dried botanicals, and sealed in a 3.4 oz glass bottle with their name on it.

Sixty-six possible combinations means no two guests leave with the same thing. And every formula is saved on file, so the scent from your occasion can be reordered years later.

The intimate side of what we do. Guests don't just pick a scent — they learn how fragrance is layered and blend their own oil start to finish, with us guiding the whole way. Every guest gets their own materials, a 3.4 oz glass bottle, and a formula saved on file. From two guests to twenty, private bookings only, and we come to you.

A 50% deposit secures your booking. We confirm your final guest count 7 days out and prepare everything from there.

The cart, the scent menu, the glassware, the botanicals — we bring all of it and handle setup and breakdown ourselves.

Do I need a venue, or do you have a studio?

Glazed Body Bar is fully mobile — we don't have a storefront, and you don't need to travel to us. We bring the cart, the scent menu, the glassware, and every supply to your home, venue, office, or event space, and we handle setup and breakdown ourselves. All we need is a table's worth of space.

What's included in the price?

Every booking includes one 3.4 oz glass dropper bottle per guest, their choice of two scents from our twelve-scent menu blended on site, dried botanical flowers, a Glazed Body Bar label, and full setup and breakdown. Travel within 15 miles of Raleigh is included.

How far in advance should I book?

We ask for a minimum of 14 days' notice on all bookings. For weddings and large corporate events, 4–6 weeks is better — weekend dates fill quickly. If your event is sooner than that, reach out anyway and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make it work.

How does the deposit and payment work?

A 50% deposit secures your date and covers supply purchase. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your event, based on your confirmed final guest count.

What if my guest count changes?

Final guest count is due 7 days before your event. Large event bookings carry a guaranteed minimum confirmed at booking — because inventory is purchased against that number, the guaranteed minimum still applies if fewer guests attend. Additional guests above your confirmed count are billed at the per-person rate. For private classes, the flat rate for your selected tier applies regardless of final attendance.

How many bottles does each guest get?

One bottle per guest is included with every service. Additional bottles are available on site at the $28 walk-up rate.

Do you offer smaller bottle sizes?

Our standard offering is a 3.4 oz glass dropper bottle, which is what's reflected in the pricing above. For weddings, favors, and large activations where a smaller keepsake makes more sense, smaller sizes are available on request — mention it in your inquiry and we'll include options in your quote.

Do you travel outside Raleigh?

Yes — we serve the greater Raleigh, Durham, and Triangle area. Travel within 15 miles of Raleigh is included in your rate. Beyond that, a travel fee of $0.67 per mile is added to your quote.

What add-ons are available?

Custom labels — $2 per bottle. Event name, date, guest names, or theme design.
Additional hours — $150 per hour beyond your package's service window.
Travel — $0.67 per mile beyond 15 miles from Raleigh.

Are blending classes open to the public?

Classes are private bookings only — there are no walk-ins on class day. Each guest gets their own materials, so we prepare kits against your confirmed count. Groups above 20 are quoted separately.

Can guests reorder their scent later?

Yes. Every guest's formula is saved on file, so the scent from your occasion can be reordered years later.
